The Heart Ear Cuff has a slightly chunky size and laid-back design, glammed up by a pattern of connecting hearts that create a nearly full ring. The cuff can glide down your ear until it fits snugly around your helix, no piercing needed. We recommend you don’t squeeze or bend the cuff whilst sliding it on, you wouldn’t want your heart to be squeezed and bent either.
